If you are looking for an insurance broker that doesn’t advocate on your behalf and is looking for the quick check. Martin Insurance is right for you. I’ve been a customer for the last 3yrs. This is as of April 2025. Originally went to them looking for better rates on home insurance and they found me a better rate. Never hear from them only with a the typical newsletter or yearly renewal. No updates if my policy is changing. Would be nice to get a check-in. So don’t expect Martin Insurance to be proactive and looking for the best insurance needs for you. After that initial sign-up, you are on your own. When you really need them they aren’t an advocate or provide guidance. I’m having issues with a claim with the Insurance company they recommended. Called them to get guidance and

Martin insurance is one of the best home insurance company. They are very prompt and based on your need they will come with options. I saved almost $300 in home insurance compared to my last year insurance. Thanks to the agent who helped me.

Selena Howard assisted me a couple of times on the phone today....I wor for a car dealership here in Charlotte and sometimes it is difficult to get responses and prompt timing......not today! Selena Emailed requested information and I had not gotten it in .....so she then faxed over what I needed.....she was very polite and friendly on the phone and did a great job!
