MV Insurance did a great job with my second home and rental property insurance. They found a new carrier to save me thousands of dollars and helped out when I needed an inspection. Totally above and beyond what I expected.

Jocelyn bent over backwards to get me insurance on a new vehicle, so I could drive it away from the lot that day! I think I only an islander would understand the significance of that gesture. When we go off island, we can’t always come back right away, especially having to make a boat reservation and being able to come back! It’s not always possible but Jocelyn made it possible!! it’s good to know that folks like Jocelyn understand and are capable of representing the company as much as the consumer. Thank you, Jocelyn.

It is frustrating that the agents don't return our calls when we need to get the coverage confirmation. And, the receptionist wouldn't leave a quick note to them but we were forwarded to the voice mails but the agents don't call back for days. The manager is not accessible by the same receptionist. They need to focus on prompt responses and attentions instead of avoiding the customers. Frustrating.

Best Insurance business on the island. Excellent employees that go above and beyond expected customer service. Highly recommend!
