Marshe Hamilton American Family Insurance

Tried calling 3 times this morning to see about getting my own insurance with full coverage & everything that comes with full coverage for my 2010 Ford Mustang v6 premium coupe & not getting no answer... & since my God parents kicked me out of the house & now im living homeless out of my car & had to move away to Indianapolis & they have threatened to remove my car off of their insurance... im just trying to see how much it would cost to get my own full coverage insurance with the entire package that helps cover everything... but i can only pay it in small amounts monthly til it is fully paid for...

Please get another Agent. The Company assigned me to her. When I reached out to her office more than several times. No returned calls to acknowledge anything. I only wanted her to confirm my information. No call back. Nothing. Of course. She will say The company system was down. Or claim. She never received messages. That is not True. People like her - Only want a Business to say 'They have a Business '. No work put into it. No one can have my money. If they are not working for it. Can you imagine dealing with this person. If you Have a Claim. In short. I moved on to another Agent. I had them to Transfer my Papers Immediately. So to other Customers. Move on to another Agent.

Marshe is very knowledgeable and always provides excellent service. She's been my agent for years and never steers me wrong.

Always a pleasure to meet with Marshe in Olympia Fields to go over my parents' insurance coverage and such. Even though I had to drive over 50 miles to get there and while we were both wearing masks. Always a pleasure!
