I've had a hell of a time trying to get someone to answer the phone today... multiple calls with operator going to voicemail after call is not picked up. Very frustrating.
The Mancino family and agency have been my go-to agency since I first met Bert to advise me on my business policies. I would never buy a policy without letting the Mancino agency quote me and advise me on coverages in both business and personal. They have stood the test of time!

Stay AWAY! Stay AWAY! Stay AWAY! Mancino Insurance is terrible. If you start a claim with one of their insurance partners they will forget you ever existed. Their staff is uncoordinated, untimely, and waits for either Bart or Andrew for a decision. Unable to do anything effective except for sell you a really poor policy via some terrible insurance company. NYS Department of Financial Services and the Better Business Bureau need to investigate into their practices. Stay AWAY! Stay AWAY! Stay AWAY!
Love Mancino Insurance Agency!! Ashley is incredible and will do anything to help. I went from paying over $250 through another insurance agency to paying around $150 with Mancino.
