Marsha Weatherwax: Allstate Insurance

I got talked to by some blue haired women like I was some trash so I am closing all my coverage with Marsha Weather Wax as soon as I get new coverage. Customer Service sucks !

I've worked with Bethany and Archy closely to help me set up car insurance and business insurance. I could not be happier to work with this office! Bethany literally met me somewhere I had to go at no inconvenience to me when I had to sign some paperwork. That was the same day I called and asked for a quote. Marsha and her team go above and beyond to take care of any questions or needs I have, anytime I have them. Marsha is very responsive and helpful, no matter what. They recently helped me by faxing proof of insurance to the DMV. Great service. Michelle rocked it.
