We have been dealing with Insurance Associates for over 14 years now. It does not matter what the issue is, they are always available and always on top of it. I cannot tell you how many times they have walked me through problems or answered questions I needed even on their lunch hours. The reason I would never want to change insurance companies, quite honestly, is because of the people. They take their service seriously and it shows in every interaction we have with them. They are absolutely the best?
