I stopped being a customer with them due to issues with set up and follow up of my plan. I was set up for auto pay and they did not take the money out on time. When I contacted them they either told me to wait the money would be put towards the bill it just takes time. This was when they decided to contact me back which most the time took an extremely long time. My wife decided to stay with them after I left and has regretted recently due to poor plan set up for my 17 year old new driver.

This agency is fantastic! We have had nothing but excellent service from all areas of this company. They are quick to respond to your needs, they answer calls, they call back, and the service is fast and accurate. We would highly recommend working with their commercial lines department as they have been a great asset to helping our company with insurance needs! I don't write many reviews but when you run across a business like this, they deserve to be recognized for service that so many other places have forgotten about. Thank you to everyone at Marsh Kemp for being that insurance agent that we can rely on.

My family and I have used Marsh Kemp as our insurance agents for as long as I can remember, probably 20+ years. In all that time we've never had a reason to change. They have your best interests in mind even when the insurance companies don't. Highly recommended and always ready to help you.

I’ve been a customer for almost 15 years. Beginning in Dec 2020, this company has been terrible. They merged with Hillb Group at some point, never notified their customers of the merge and now do not answer or return phone calls. Dealing with Paige Johnson is a nightmare, she may be the most incompetent person I’ve ever met. I had a claim and had an issue with getting an answer with the insurer, John Grandlund, their “claims specialist” told me he’d look into it and get back with me by the end of the day. That was over a week ago. He ghosted me, does not answer my calls and still has not called me back I took care of the problem directly with the insurer, which is his job. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

Awesome customer service and definitely a great place to get your auto, home or motorcycle insurance!!! I love my insurance agent Patty, she is always prompt, gives you detailed information (should you need it) and always has a cheerful disposition.
