Marsh insurance is absolutely incompetent. Not only did their claims adjustor take nearly a week to actually get out to look at the vehicle, but he also Ignored us for an entire week strait. First he would be there friday, then it was too dark so he said he would come on Monday, without hearing a single word from him and having him ignore us for that day, he finally showed up on Tuesday. They do not cover the damage their clients cause, when I was hit by a woman in an intersection and it was her fault, I expected her insurance company to at least give me the value of repairs on my vehicle. But they low balled me and refused to even listen to any counter offers. Please do everyone a favor and do not use marsh insurance.

I have used Marsh Insurance for over 20 years for my retail store, my home, my rental house, and all my vehicles. They have always processed my claims promptly and without any issues. I would recommend them for their great customer service, and hassle free claims.
