Markus Insurance

I've called multiple times in the past two weeks to try to discuss policies, but I cannot get a response from the agent. I actually started to think it was fake, so I called the # to file a claim to see if I had real insurance or if it was a scam. The good news is that the insurance was valid. Apparently, just this office agent doesn't answer calls from customers. I signed up four years ago; originally, the rates were pretty good. They've steadily increased to the point where they're not competitive. will not be renewing my policies.

The only time they were attentive and quick to respond was when they initially obtained my business for a auto policy. After that, no timely response to questions. The one lady told me they had a lot of business and I would have to wait very rudely. Not a very professional response. It took them a week to get back to me to cancel my auto policy when I left a message claiming their turnaround time is 48 hours. I referred several customers to them whom they did assist in producing good auto rates. However, after this experience, I would not. I understand there’s a pandemic and being “busy” but customer service is lacking. Do yourself a favor and go online set up insurance with Progressive! I got a great rate and their customer service is AWESOME👍

Markus insurance has been absolutely wonderful to myself and family. Kerry has walked us through every step of the way insuring all of our needs have been met as a family.
