Colette is the absolute best! I was referred to her by my neighbor, and I will be referring her to everyone I know. She brought my vehicle and homeowner’s insurance down by hundreds for similar (actually slightly better) coverage than I had with my previous insurer. She is an absolute pleasure to talk to, and honestly seems like she really loves what she does and cares about you as a customer as well as a person. I really appreciate that State Farm still has local agents that you can speak with rather than having to access everything through an app or by calling an 800 number and speaking with someone at a call center who knows where. A 5 star experience. Cannot recommend Colette or this agency enough.

Colette was a life saver. Got to me when I needed a new insurance provider on a Saturday morning. Absolutely lovely experience. Was really frustrated with the self servicing system and she did everything for me. Very quick and explained everything I wasn’t sure about, and did not feel like I was being upsold. Ended up getting an amazing quote much cheaper than competition and really felt like I had a solid agent have my back. Like a good neighbor, Colette was there. :)
