I am a senior who has lived all over the country and who has had multiple State Farm agents. Without a doubt, Mark Riedy and his staff have been the best…so professional and exceptionally friendly. I would like to give Grace Viszmeg a special thanks for her patience and willingness to go that extra mile when assisting an often confused old lady. I feel like I am calling friends who have my best interests at heart whenever I call that office.

I went with Dan’s home insurance offer over three other offers. He listened to my needs, suggested options I didn’t even consider to protect our assets (and those suggestions are very relevant to the area we bought our house in). Moving from FL to MI.

I called their office in within five minutes. I had a declaration page sent to me. Shellbie was kind, thoughtful, and extremely quick to respond.

Horrible!. Agency allowed someone else to get a policy and submit 2 claims in my name without my knowledge. Only found out about the policy & 2 claims when my car insurance went up by over 50% and I started shopping around.

Shelby priest is hands down the best insurance agent I’ve ever had. Been with several different insurance companies and none of them come close to being as helpful, friendly, and efficient as her and State Farm insurance. Highly recommend everyone to her and the State Farm insurance agency!! Thank you Shelby!!!
