I am an insurance agency owner in Texas and had heard excellent things about Mark and his agency. I had the pleasure of talking with him today and learning so much about how well he takes care of clients, his staff and many other things. You can tell a lot about someone in their willingness to help someone selflessly and I couldn't be more impressed with him as a business leader and agency owner.

My recent transition to the The Mark Hanson Agency was because of the increasingly poor customer service I was experiencing at my former long time agency. We switched from an out-of-state insurance to State Farm almost 6 months ago. I thought it would be difficult but everything was actually quite easy to do. While preparing for a trip out of town last week, I realized I would need very specific car insurance documents and ended up adding my husband on the coverage so we could both use the car rental.
