Mark Fujan - State Farm Insurance Agent

This agent doesn't honor the grace period. Even though SF has a 10 day grace period for MN. Been a State Farm customer for 7 years and have never filed a claim in my life. This was the first claim I tried to place but I was 4 days after the due date. My (deer vs. Vehicle) accident claim wasn't covered. Lesson learned, don't be any days late on your premium.

My husband and I put our autos, renters, & umbrella together with Mark after marrying. Later, because we had a state farm renters (around 8 bucks/month), we qualified for a discount when we bought our home and insured it with state farm (home is our most expensive insurance)! Then, It was a no brainer to get life insurance with Mark to protect eachother after taking on a mortgage. I now work for Mark at the front desk and have learned so much. I feel empowered in my insurance decision making ability and enjoy helping others feel the same. I couldn't ask for a better work place. Have a happy day!

Agent has been our grandparents financial planner since . . . 80's, 70's----overall, very very knowledgeable. But, agent is pushy . . . while appearing very sincere. One wants to trust, but there is just something that makes one question. Especially when pushing things to older people and their heirs do not get in on it or understand it completely. Certainly, some items were very beneficial to our departed Grandparents and have benefited our parents . . .Only other item . . .difficulty with communication. Email is not fluent for this office. Overall, very skilled.
