Loretta was so delightful to work with in taking care of our insurance needs. She signed me up for life insurance, which no one else has ever been able to convince me to do. She is also taking care of our house, boat, and auto insurance now, saving us some money! She's very thorough, patient, intelligent and trustworthy. I know all this because I've known her for many years and think the world of her. I'm so happy to be under her care because she takes her job very seriously. The rest of the staff, and Mark, the owner, were so friendly and nice and such a pleasure to meet. Everyone there made me feel so welcome and that they were happy to meet me. Such a rare occurrence these days. Oh, and the office is gorgeous! Such a comfortable setting to work with an agent. Thanks, Loretta!
