Allstate made this process fast and easy. The only reason I didn't give them a 10 is because they included several discrepancies. Such as listing my father as additional driver even though he died 8 years ago. He should not be listed as other driver living in the household.

We have been with Allstate for many years . Their customer service, their effort to help you and to keep you satisfied is always on point. Anyone you speak to, is great and ready to help you. They will not hang up with you until you are completely satisfied.

Ms. Tijerina is very informative. Her staff is always ready and eager to assist. Plus, I got a great home insurance price with my vehicle bundle.
