Avoid doing business here. I made multiple attempts to contact them—calling, leaving messages, and sending emails—to update my payment information. I received no response for an extended period, and when they finally got back to me, I promptly provided the necessary details. Despite this, they failed to update my payment information, resulting in my policy lapsing. To make matters worse, the representative I spoke with accused me of lying. Completely unacceptable experience.
Never answers the phone. When I tried to call them multiple times about the recent hail damage claim, nobody picked up. But instantly got transferred when I told Progressive customer service they don't answer the phone. Easy to get insurance through them, nigh impossible to get ahold of after that.
I love Marilyn's Insurance they always take care of any of my needs. They search for the best deals for my home owners and car insurance. I recently had a accident they immediately gave me the Necessary information to file my claim. One thing they are always kind and polite!! Customer service is so important to me!
I currently have insurance through Marilyn's insurance and they have great service! I definitely recommend them.
