Absolutely awful, disrespectful, lacking in common sense and professionalism. Maria is a hot mess, and their boss/agent Mariella isn’t any better. Laughed in my face when I asked for help and towards the end of the conversation she said I’d be transferred to someone else but actually just hung up on me and this isn’t the first time. I’ve called this office 5x in the last month and they refuse to show basic human decency and customer service. I’m changing agents. Bye bye! 👋
