I had a very disappointing experience with this Allstate local office. I called multiple times on August 5th and never received a call back that day or even the next. When I finally reached someone the following morning, the representative was extremely rude and impatient, speaking to me as if I had done something wrong or owed her money. I was simply trying to get assistance with my policy, and the lack of professionalism and courtesy was shocking. It’s unacceptable for a customer service office to treat clients this way. I expected much better from Allstate.

I had a issue with my home insurance. Maria found the problem and fixed it so fast. She is so helpful and understanding. Her customer service was polite and warm I really appreciated it.

My experience with Maria Zinerco is EXCELLENT! BUT my experience with ALLSTATE is the worse ever!!! Terrible and they make sure you are in terrible hands!

Maria and her staff are top-notch! They are reliable and helpful. I’m glad I signed on with them.
