Marcus Sykora - State Farm Insurance Agent

My husband and I have had a claim due to a faulty water softener flooding our condo. The State Farm staff, agent and claims adjuster have been amazing! It took longer than expected to do the repairs, and that included several months of temporary housing, which we were quickly reimbursed. In the meantime, my new car which I had for less than a week was hit by a rock, claim filed and quickly repaired the next day. I can't say enough about State Farm Insurance. I've never had any other insurance, and don't plan to! I highly recommend the company and the Marcus Sakura Agency to one and all. Our thanks to all at their office! I worked closely with Emilie, but all staff have been friendly, knowledgeable, and kind!

Jessica Cox was a wonderful help in switching home and auto insurance. She helped me get auto insurance very quickly ( same day) for my new car. Worked with State Farm for years on my policies and after moving to Missouri and having my insurance threatened by a very unprofessional office I was about to go with the other guys, luckily this location was competent enough to actually do the job and they were super friendly and helpful the whole way!
