I cannot say enough positive things about Marc and his kind and capable team. They have consistently gone above and beyond to ensure any of my insurance needs are taken care of. If I forget to follow up, I don't have to worry...magnificent Myrtle will stay on top of things and contact me. The service the team provides is both "old school" in that they operate like a family business, invested in taking care of my family and me. And their service is also "current" in that the staff are well-versed in their services and the insurance industry, and they frequently offer ideas on how I can save money and receive the best value.

I have been a client of Marc's for awhile now and I truly feel his agency makes me feel like I'm part a family. His staff Diane and Myrtle are so caring not just about the policy but about the people and there lives they live. The best customer experience I've ever had. Knowing that it truly comes from Marc's heart as well as he would do anything to help a client even to the extent of cleaning one of his elderly clients gutters or helping them on his time off with yard work or repairs. How many people do you know that would go to this extent to care about there clients not just as customers but as people. This Agency is one I will recommend to everyone I know and so grateful for them. I hope he cleans my gutters when I'm Old. LOL
