My customer service rep Israel was top of the list of any customer service rep I've come in contact with. When I had a question, he had the correct answer. He stayed on the phone with me making several calls until we made it to the best suited solution for me. He was extremely patient, kind and knowledgeable. He even sent me a follow up letter letting me know if I had any further questions or needed help for anything to call him and he is there for me. I was very blessed to have had an outstanding service rep. I myself would have never gotten there without him. OMG what a blessing he was. I cannot say enough about his services. I wish all help was just like him! State Farm backs their word. I was getting ready to check out ALL THE CHEAPER INSURANCE COMPANIES that have ads going everywhere

I was very impressed by Israel Castro. His pursuit and knowledge of current policies were more than up to par. For once I felt like I was talking with a human and not manual or SOP. Big thanks to him for helping me get the insurance I needed and he reached out to me several times in a 6 months spand. Very impressive and professional by him to have that drive and consistency to reach out to me months later after an initial conversation about the insurance this company was offering. I would not even one star. Their customer service is awful, rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. You Do Not swear at a customer, that’s unacceptable. Michael swore and Janet and Sara along with the lady who answers the phone calls all tell you something different to do. So I called several times and talked to these people and they all answered my questions with different answers and the lady at the front told me several different times that I Do Not have to sign paperwork to send back. Never can I speak with my agent even when I have requested it several times. So now they want to charge me more money for a mistake that I tried to fix several months ago. Needless to say they lost another customer.
