I cannot say enough about Marc and his team! Best Customer Service I have ever received. We had a fireplace issue with extensive soot damage. They understood my need to move promptly because of pending surgery to get a painting team in to handle the damage. Everything turned around within a week. I have dealt with many insurance companies in my life and have never had that level of customer care and concern. Thank you Marc and your team.

Called in to get an appointment to review my coverages but a small hiccup in communication landed me there the day i called instead of a thursday appointment on the books. I arrived at 4 right after my workday and met Melanie who was there helping another person. I waited my turn only to find Melanie was not aware of my visit. Now she could have said hey im at the end my day can you come in when you are scheduled. But instead she met with me and nicely answered and explained all my questions and concerns. As i was leaving i realized i just met another great person who does care about helping people. Good to know good customer service still exists. Great job Melanie.

Highly recommend this State Farm Agency! Anytime I call needing something or help with a claim they are always on top of it! I recently had a claim with a car rental company and was given misinformation from that rental company. State Farm/Madison looked into it and found the mistake that was done by the car rental company and got it all resolved! Even got me some money back!! Madison, as well as everyone at this State Farm location is always polite, responsive, and professional. Highly recommended!!

I wasn't able to log into my State Farm account to obtain new insurance ID cards for our vehicles, I got very frustrated after about 5 attempts failed so I called my agent. Marc Bellettiere. Savannah answered the phone, got my coverage information, and within 10 minutes I received the insurance cards from Savannah by email. Prompt and Excellect Service !!!
