Everytime I turn around there is a price increase,and there explanation of it is not convincing.

I worked with Fawn Rae for getting a quote on home, car and umbrella coverage. She was very detailed with questions on coverage and discounts that I never even thought about. At the end she presented me with a good fair quote and assisted setting up all the recurring billing. When I walked out, I had the coverage I needed, and I don't even have to anything to set up future billing! Great customer service.

I received a call one day to see if everything was to my liking on my new home and auto policies. The company went over them Step by step in which I had many questions. They did not try to rush me but actually took their time with me until I was comfortable with the explanation. Usually insurance companies want to rush thru things but this office was especially a pleasure to talk with.

Signed up with Mark and his great team earlier this year and already received a rebate for my driving safety record. Not to mentioned the policy savings I gained from my previous agency. Keep up your tremendous great work.
