***STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE/AGENT*** After almost a year of attempting to switch my agent from Manessa to another agent, due to poor customer service and communication from Ali, today’s experience with him was the icing on the cake. In my interaction with Ali today he was disrespectful, rude and had a complete lack of professionalism leaving me with no option but to write this review. His abrasiveness, dismissiveness and tone when speaking to me was unappreciated, especially as an individual that has given him business for multiple consecutive years. Rather than attempting to assist he stated, “leave, you’ve given us nothing but problems since the beginning”. Mind you, in all the years I’ve been with him, I can genuinely say that I have never made one claim against my home or vehicle p
