I have been a customer of Malpigli and Associates for more than eight or ten years. As someone who works in the I.T. industry I realize that not everything should be automated. As an individual owner of a very small General Contractor LLC I made a stupid and careless error. I paid my insurance premium of $2,990. twice. Jan 31st and Feb.1st. 22 days later I discovered my error and emailed the representative Mr. N. He emailed me back saying it would be mailed to me at the end of the month. Had I not have discovered the double payment I doubt if the incompetent thieves at Malpigli & Associates Insurance Agency would have returned my money before the forth of July. Please everyone watch every dealing with the Malpigli & Associates Insurance Agency. Yes it was my fault.

Unprofessional and rude. Flipped out at me for getting multiple quotes. If I do your job for you and shop around, should I do business with you at all? Very condescending and told me after I respectfully declined, “Well now you know for next time that you should have asked for a combined policy.” I even gave him an opportunity to get me a combined policy but he never followed up. Would like an apology from them.
