Can’t say enough about this specific State Farm office. I have been with them a little over a year and they continue to impress me. Yesterday I reached out to the office and Michelle was amazing. It was later in the day and she took the time to gather all the information regarding my concern and told me she was going to do her best to get it straighten out. It was so cool to be able to hang up and know it would be handled. She called me back later and told me everything has handled. She was patient, informative and very kind. ♥️

So my experience with Mallory Swinson State Farm office has been very positive and helpful.I actually get help from Etta Spector she’s my lady that deals with my insurance policy. She very nice and helpful also she explains anything to me that I don’t understand.she will go out for you if you need her help.i laugh with her and the other lady’s Thats in the office,she makes sure you get what you need and want. The lady’s there are awesome all of them. Im happy to be part of State Farm I will recommend anyone to State Farm even because they have good policy’s.
