The agent was super fast and friendly. He helped answer the many questions that I had, went the extra mile to help me get my insurance deadline requirements met, and pointed me in the right direction to save money on my policies. Other places I went had trouble getting me the documents I needed for a special case situation, but this guy got them for me in a few clicks of his mouse. Even after the great service, my rates were cheaper than they were at my last agency.
Just wonderful! Karl is amazing, he went beyond to get me the most affordable rate. And Shannon is so kind and sweet too! It’s nice meeting great people.
