Nicolas was beyond excellent. He had superior knowledge of all the health care programs & worked very hard to find the best one for me. Besides being very knowledgeable, he was kind & patient. Unfortunately, I got signed up for 3 mos for a $$$ fraudulent plan (my assessment, not his) & he was so patient with me as I was upset to discover this & had no coverage. I didn’t understand the free market programs. He patiently explained them. He was honest about my options, gave me his full name via text as well as other critical information. He worked hard to find me the affordable health care plan. I cannot recommend Nicolas highly enough & would give him 10 ⭐️ if I could. Thank you, Nicolas.

Ray was absolutely perfect. Great customer service skills and he definitely knows his job. I was educated and I have a better understanding of my plan. I give Ray all tend across the board. I would recoup him to anybody looking for an affordable plan. He is the best and I will be using him next year for insurance.

I had a wonderful experience with Mr. Raekwon James. He understood what he was saying it in explaining my insurance policies to me he made me feel comfortable with giving Information that was very sensitive than most people. My age are not looking forward to do especially over the phone he was extremely helpful when coming to make sure that I had all the information that I need it for my insurance policy and he was also it’s really not trouble as well as very friendly and letting me know everything that there was in my policy that I understood it before I signed it Mr. Raekwon James is a very understanding and great person to be working with, and I look forward to working with him again in the future.
