Been with Maiello & Manzi Insurance since day 1 I started the business! Tom has always been there when needed the most! I had no need to look for another insurance company or even shop for prices as their prices are extremely affordable and their services go beyond my expectations. They answer and respond in a timely professional manner. Couldn’t be any happier. They are affordable, with excellent customer service. If I could give them 10 stars ⭐️ I would.

Stay away from this firm. They do not communicate and talk with clients after they obtain your business. They dont care about your needs and additions in your life. We lost our home in 2022 and found out that we were not insured properly. It is up to you to understand their business and your needs. Never a phone call or email about any changes. We suffered a loss of $750k due to not being insured properly between personal effects and vehicle. If you hire a company, you hire their expertise and customer service. When the fire happened, they went rogue and didnt offer any support. If your looking for guidance and continued support for you and your families best interest this is not the firm to use.

Maiello and Manzi have not only helped us, but also our parents and loved ones. Being independent, they can shop the market and look for options periodically on your behalf. I would suggest giving them a try for home, auto and also for business/investment property.

Very Poor service. You call & call & call. No one returns your phone calls or puts anyone else in touch with you. I will not use in the future nor would I recommend them to anyone. At one point, I thought they were good to deal with but have gone Way Down Hill since. Bad to deal with.

Tom Maiello was a great help for a complicated insurance need. He resolved our problems and provided several options. He was very patient, explained everything clearly, and answered all our questions. We were very happy with his service. Thank you, Tom!
