i initially Made a Good Review to there great customer service but now i Am changing my Review due to the fact that i was told in 2 hours i would receive documents that was needed for today. If the reps get too busy, I don’t have time to commit then maybe they should let customers know instead of having them wait by their emails refreshing and waiting just to get to the end of the day when they close and have not received nothing.
