Agent Kyle VanDyke of the family owned MacLeod Agency in Grand Haven is knowledgeable, compassionate and kind. He went above and beyond to help my disabled parents who were recently taken advantage of by a random, unethical agent. (They were cold-called, stripped of their Priority Health Medicaid plan of 11 years, and switched to WellCare without their consent.). My parents were very upset and confused when they were notified by mail that their insurance had been cancelled. I immediately reached out to the MacLeod Agency who has helped them with their insurance needs for over a decade, asking for help getting Priority reinstated. Kyle invited us to meet in his office where he used his knowledge and status as an agent to call Medicaid on their behalf as well as the two providers involved
