I contacted Progressive to look up some non owner auto insurance and was referred to this agency to get the Named Operator Policy; I had the pleasure of speaking to TK on this Saturday and our conversation was absolutely pleasant. He spoke to me about my driving record, gave me my quote and had a few laughs; made me feel as if he was apart of my family. I am looking into purchasing the plan since it was very reasonable so I look forward to having more conversations w/ TK.

I've been a customer for 2 years. Once I'm done paying on my current policy in November, I am running for the hills. By far the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. They hardly honor the times on the their door, and when you call they will place you on hold forever until you just decide to hang up. I've tried to add another vehicle on my policy TWICE! Yesterday I was left on hold for nearly 25 minutes. The time before they were suppose to call me back about a quote but never did. They lost a customer for good after that.

This is the by far THE BEST agency I've delt with sinve I've become an adult back in the early 2000's. My dad has been with this agency long before that, so rightfully so I followed suit. Mr. Mack has been able to give me better prices than the actual companies I've insured through. He makes you feel like family and It's hard to find that when most companies focus on th business alone. He shows interest in what best suits what you're looking for and he will not rest until he's foind the best deal. Just recently i was debating rather I should continue with one of the most elite companies put there (USAA), but they were unable to beat the prices I was getting with Mack Insurance. He was cheaper by over $100 a month. Whe. You have a concern, he addresses it ASAP. I'm not familiar with a 48h
