Have been working with Chenault for several years on insurance for our HOA. Our premium went up and I reached out for more info and alternatives. No one returned my calls and emails until I reached out to the insurance company directly. I was told they (Maggie?) would look into options and call me back. That never happened. We had to renew because it was days from the expiration, but will be finding someone new to help with our insurance needs next year. I can't recommend them.

Maggie and her team are great, been working with them for years and they always come through! They are able to tailor their services to meet your specific needs.

I have been working with maggie for years. She have been my insurance broker for most of my investment properties since 2003. She knows her stuff.
