Every person at Lynn Norris' office has been kind, caring, helpful and courteous anytime I've asked for assistance. They maintain professionalism while being friendly at the same time. I would recommend this Allstate and this office to everyone.

The agent I spoke to said they can't offer a homeowners policy or quote without an Auto policy as well. That seemed ridiculous so I called another Allstate agent who confirmed that is not a thing and gave me a quote. Seems like the agents here may need training.

Our home burned 3 years ago and with Lynn and Allstate we were very well taken care of!!! We are very thankful for them all !!! This has turned out to be the best insurance company I've ever had. I called for a quick quote because my insurance company didn't cover my scooter, and ended up switching all of my policy to them. Great value, great customer service, and always willing to work with me if I don't have the money the day it's due!
