Lynn Early - State Farm Insurance Agent

I, like many others have recently decided to change agents. I have been with Lynn Early’s office since 2009. Recently I have had issue after issue with this office. I requested to speak directly with the agent and weeks later, still no call.

Had to transfer my policies to another office after being a loyal customer of Lynn Early’s office for many years! I could not handle the rudeness of Barbara who is in that office anymore! Not to mention the fact that I couldn’t get my phone calls returned to add cars to my policy! But Barbara was the main reason! I feel bad with whoever has to deal with her.

Idk how plpd on a 2002 nissan with a driver who has a clean record costs almost $400 per month. It's extortion. Good service though.

Whoever answered the phone today was very rude to me and she ended up hanging up on me. Just because i told her i wanted to canceled my policy. Most of the people are usually really nice. But this lady was not nice at all. So instead of canceling I transfer my policy to another State Farm agent. Just because she was rude and hung up on me. Jean is very nice and professional at this location.

I really appreciated Kim’s helpfulness and friendliness when dealing with some family matters. It made a stressful situation so much less so. I would highly recommend her and this office. Thank you again.
