terrible customer service. Called twice about my policy, left phone #, policy number, no call back. WROTE via snail mail, still no response . Today I call, get a person who says she'll "send the form" to my email, does not apologize for not returning my calls, and... no "form" in my email. So much for "sending it right over". Find someone else. I sure hope I can get this policy cancelled. Update: To be fair, the form arrived. Ttwo phone calls should have resulted in someone in a response without requiring me to make a third call.

Heather was referred to me by a friend, I was seeking home owners insurance. I sent an email in regards to what I needed help with and she helped the next day ( I sent her an email after hours and she responded the next morning!) Very professional, great service and friendly! Several months ago I was in the middle of a complicated real estate closing and needed insurance on the property. I had approached two other local agencies and gotten no response. I was literally down to the wire, and wrote John Jagger late the night before insurance had to be certified for the bank. I was amazed not only that he responded at 10:45 pm, but that he worked with me by phone and completed the policy that night, as well as delivering it bound to my mortgage broker by 9 a.m. I will always be a customer of this agency--thank you, John!
