We recently had issues -- one after the next --mail not making it to us in a timely fashion --me (the office manager) being out for several weeks with pneumonia (and there is no one here to play backup if I am out) and then when I did send payment in, it never made it to them (today makes day 32 of it being lost and traveling). Ms. Crystal worked with me to get our policy back on track and was so kind and helpful. Mr. McGinty made me feel crazy to even bug him being worried that we would lose our account. Everyone up there is always nice and helpful and I appreciate it so much!
This is a draconian organization. They don't treat you as a customer they treat you as a beger. If you find any alternative you would be much better off
This place has the ugliest H.R. Department, but you should see Seth's hair. He's beautiful!
