Lived in my home for two years with no concerns. A sudden leak in the roof following intense weather prompted me to make a claim. The adjuster came and was unable to do a thorough inspection due to the weather, therefore he said he’d be back when it was dry to finish the inspection. He never came back, but Luster sent me a letter saying my claim was denied. The only communication had was with my partner, despite me being the sole owner of the home and being the one to attempt to provide information on everything to the adjuster/Luster. Probably for the best, as the person my partner spoke to said “I’m going to explain this to you like you’re stupid” and cut him off when talking, stating “I’m going to stop you right there, I don’t care about that”.
