Lupe Maldonado-Thrasher: Allstate Insurance

Good luck trying to cancel your coverage. I called so many times and was sent straight to voicemail every time I selected “cancel my policy” on the phone system, but when I selected “get a new quote,” someone answered immediately. Very unprofessional. Then to cancel, I had to send an email with proof of new coverage, and then Mrs. Ordaz still texted me AGAIN to confirm cancellation. Apparently verbal confirmation, an email, and proof of coverage weren’t enough. On top of that, I was paying nearly triple compared to my new coverage elsewhere. What a nightmare experience.

With inflation impacting insurance rates, it's been challenging to shop around. However, I'm grateful to have found a reliable place where I know I'm well-protected. Even with the rising costs, it's reassuring to know that if an accident or loss were to happen, I'd be taken care of. The excellent staff here makes the difference always professional, knowledgeable, and ready to help. I feel confident in the coverage I'm paying for.

Ms. Maldonado-Thrasher is an excellent agent at Allstate. Very prompt response on questions and/or changes that are needed. Professional service and courteous. She is top notch!

Lupe and her team are wonderful.! I can't stress it enough Allstate is the insurance! They offer incentives if your accident free , they have a wonderful app that you accumulate points ,money for being a safe driver. What other insurance gives back none that I know of .Thank you Lupe Maldonado team you all are great

Courteous n very helpful personnel. Due to difficulties with previous agent chose to switch to Lupe Maldonado-Thatcher. Best decision EVER...she's efficient, professional and took care of all issues. Have switched insurance as of 5/21 due to increasing cost.
