The Latino guy at the 1st desk was thorough and fast

I came in in a bad mood early afternoon. As soon as I step through the door, I was greeted with excellent customer service provided by the wonderful Bianca. Great place and amazingly nice people to work with. Highly recommend!

Not very good coverage! They made a mistake charging me and instead of refunding my money. They only gave me a credit and said that's all they could do. No good for business. No communication amongst them like they were all trained differently no one is ever on the same page. I will never use this place again! Worse experience I ever had with an insurance Co.

Prices were the lowest I found , but customer service was horrible ! Told me three different addresses, to start up policy , got frustrated with driving in circles so found another place , first cermak and Austin , which I know the area and was a lie , second was 5041 cermak , which was another lie , reps can't speak English well , I repeated the address three times and they just kept saying yes , yes , yes , seemed shady to me ? So found oxford insurance Co on the way ! More money but oh well

I went by there twice and nobody is in the office. So what's is going on I will Luke to know. Text me back the message. Thanks
