Worst insurance to go through!!! Over priced!!!! And customer service is unacceptable!!!! They lapsed my insurance because they said my due date was on Christmas(when they were CLOSED) I tried to pay Friday morning they already had lapsed me and tried charging me a bunch of fees!!!!! Run the other way!!! Lupe is a poor supervisor and didn’t want to hear anything I said !!! Attitude 0/10!!!!!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Not only is this company completely unreliable, but they also have some of the most untrustworthy employees I’ve ever encountered. Imagine signing up for auto insurance, only to find out that your credit card information has been stolen and used—by someone who works at this very location. Absolutely unacceptable. If you value your financial security, I strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere. There are plenty of insurance companies that actually respect their customers and protect their information. But if you decide to take a chance with this location, keep a very close eye on your bank statements—you’ve been warned.

I've been a customer for many years of Loya Insurance. Once they closed my home office I was able to get great customer care from Marlene in this Pulaski office. She is always so helpful and straightforward with documents and requests to my policy. I recommend having Marlene as your insurance agent!

On January 17th I canceled my policy it was due on the 19th I was told they were not going to take no money out of my bank account on the 21st check my bank account and they took it out and note I was stuck in Indiana did not have money to get home I called loya up on January 22nd or 23rd they told me who will be sent to my bank account now it is January 28th still no deposit I called now the representative said it will be sent to me in the mail and and it will take up to 30 days the reason why I'm canceling my insurance $204 for a 3-month policy it went from $150 to $204 I went with Progressive and for a six month policy it was 350.

Bad service insurance adjuster and even the price is to high for there quality of service. For the same price $210 dollars of month I have a better insurance state farm same price and better service for 154 dollars and life insurance included open your eyes and stop letting them robbing you guys.
