Just bringing awareness to my community. Please do not put all your trust in this company! Check your VIN numbers Check that all your information on your insurance card are correct!!!! Because you might be paying insurance on a vehicle that you don’t even own. this huge error became an open claim Also, they gave my parents an invalid insurance card with no active policy…….That was quickly CORRECTED the next day. But That Was enough for me to completely stop trusting them. A company with “great customer” service is nothing if the agents can’t do their job correctly in the first place!!! Lower Valley brokers did not take accountability. please reconsider using third-party companies . I’m sure that I’m not the only one that has had problems with this place.!!!

Bad custimer service. I call to get changes done on my policy and they don't seem to want to help, they say it's my fault that for wanted to make changes, when I figured there their my agent and they should be to help. But I guess not. So many years with them and it seems like the good employees that use to help are gone. Going to cancel my service with them and going to find a agent that actually cares and pays attention to issues.

The best people! I have been helped with my personal needs and for the two non-profit organizations that I volunteer for ...... for more than 20 years. Vicki Banker, you are awesome.

If you are looking for a good place for sr22 insurance this place is not good! I have made payments to this place for 4 years and have never been late on a payment . Long story short last year made my normal payment and one of the clerks there spelt my middle name wrong so my payment didn't go threw on there end .And of course I got pulled over and arrested and had to go to court over 6 times they where trying to give me 2 months of jail time on top of more fines I didn't think it was fair. So I called the owner Vickie banker and told her all I needed was a note from her saying that it was a mistake on there end so I didn't go to jail. But she told me it wasn't there fault and that she was not going to do that for me and she even laughed at me .I didn't know what to do and didn't wanna go

Not sure what the last two were smoking but Gary , Vicki , Shyla and Mary have been great to work with and would recommend them to all. Excellent customer service
