Lowell Myers - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have tried several times in the last several years to check out State Farm insurance for my auto insurance needs. They solicit me by mail on a regular basis. My most recent attempt at doing business with SF was when i traveled 13 miles to go purchase a policy in person at the Shepherdsville Ky office, money in hand, on a week day mid morning. Door locked, office dark. Another example of lack of customer service was several months ago when I called the number on the advertisement THEY SENT ME in the mail and got a generic message saying that all agents were busy helping other customers. I have finally given up trying to do business with SF. I have many more convenient and accessible choices.
