⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience with Lowcountry Insurance Services. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the entire process. Their customer service is excellent—friendly, responsive, and truly dedicated to helping their clients.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Lowcountry Insurance for over 23 years. I've always paid on time, never submitted a claim, and was as low-maintenance a client as you could ask for. Earlier this summer, I was contacted and told that my carrier would be changing and that I would be notified once the new policy was in place. Unfortunately, that never happened. Without any notice, my insurance lapsed for over a week and a half putting me at unnecessary risk. When I reached out, I was told they had “notified me,” but I never received a call, email, or letter. I emailed the president of the company as it was an urgent matter, but yet he never responded. I have been a USAA member for over 20 years, and yet Meredith Helms saved me $1000 dollars a year. This company will dig and dig for the best deal for the customer. USAA was not even close on annual fee nor coverage deductible fees charged. Thank you for all your help.

Hard to get anyone to call you back. When asking for quotes last year had to keep on them to get the quotes to me, when it came time for renewal this year spent 2 weeks trying to get someone to call me back so we could adjust our policies to match our current needs. After phone calls, voicemails, and emails going unanswered I gave up and assumed they weren’t interested in my business and went to another agency.

Super friendly and the biggest toy haul out of all my Toys for Tots (United Way of the Low Country) pickups! Great community involvement!
