Gwen is an absolute rockstar. I have used this company for years and she always makes me feel like my question is the most important thing she will handle that day. Undivided attention and explains everything to me so I can make sure I have the correct coverage. If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would!

Just a horrible company, they get great rates sure. But they don't tell you about the fact policies they sit you with basicly don't cover anything you actually need. And anytime you need something these Agents, just pass you off and point fingers to the next person. Just horrible service, as is typical with insurance it seems. Most profitable business in the US, and the one that shafts the most people in US, welcome to America.

These folks are always helpful and quick to offer support when needed. Ask for Steve...great guy.
