Awful experience. I took my daughter to this DMV on her 16th birthday to get her license. When my daughter finished the driving portion of her skills test, we were told that she failed it because she supposedly did not do her left-hand turn correctly. According to my daughter, the light was yellow when she pulled in to the intersection to turn left and had an opportunity to turn. However, the skills tester said that she ran a red light. Something I have never seen my daughter do and I have driven with her countless times during her training. When I asked for a copy of the “report card” I was told she was not allowed to give it to me. When I asked how we were supposed to know what to work on with her at home I was told “well, it’s the things that I just told you she did wrong”. So, I had a

Slow processing, you better get an appointment otherwise you be sitting there for hours. They call appointment people first. You can come at open time and sitting there for hours. If you want convenience renew registration online they charge convenience fee more than the registration fee. I think they should do like it used to be first come first serve.

Don't normally wait long no more than 3 hours tops but im more annoyed at the fact that their phone line only works during certain times of days and days of the week.. not everything is solvable on express lane when the user interface for the website is absolutely atrocious. Can't find nothing on there..

I just renewed my CDL w/ Hazmat. Quick and easy, I was in and out veggie my appointment time. The woman who handled my renewal was very polite and professional.

Friendly staff with a sense of humor, though the place was unsurprisingly slow. It helped to make an appointment beforehand.
