No way to get through their AI loop when you call. They must all be on vacation.
State employees should not work remotely because taxpayers are not getting serviced. I called OBG and remained on-hold forever! Not sure if anyone was working. Maybe if everyone returned to the office, citizens would get serviced.
Do not try calling automated response goes through menu choices then you cannot choose any option, it just starts from the top of the menu again
No one answers phones. You won't get anything from these ppl.
