Louis Bouchard: Allstate Insurance

Louis and his team are phenomenal. They have all gone above and beyond to help me even during the pandemic when things got really tough they didn't cut me off and made it very affordable and were accommodating to my situation. This has been the best experience thus far with an insurance company and I recommend them to all of my friends and family.

I have had Allstate for my home and auto, lead by Louis Bouchard since I moved into my current residence 9 years ago. Louis has been fantastic to work with. Always extremely quick to respond to emails and calls. He helped me when my daughter had an accident out of state and when I had ice/water damage at my home, among many other smaller inquiries. I have made policy changes in very little time over just a couple of emails. His team has an easy streamlined process for whatever needs may arise. Highly recommend!

After being a dedicated customer with Allstate for 29 years with a great driving record no tickets or accident, and in the last year I had 2 minor claims, they decided to double my payments, after speaking with them on the phone to find out why the sudden increase in payment, the guy just kept babling on the phone, so there was nothing they could do for me. I called around to other companies and I was able to get great coverage for a lot less than they have been charging
