I liked Lott, not anymore. No communication. They take out an automatic payment in the dark of night where I thought I owned 5 cars instead of one. Instead of helping me get a better rate, Or talked through my dilemma, these nice people forgot what charm school they went to. They bashed my driving record and said nobody was interested in giving me car insurance. Sorry, one accident in twenty years, when a tractor tried to kill me May 1st. I guess they need to recoup, before I even recover. The game of blaming the carrier is week. If that's the case close down and have everyone go straight to the carrier. I'll be dealing direct and not using Lott ever again. End result, USAA 60 percent less.
