The services and support that I have received overall has been outstanding! I switched from GEICO and didn't have high hopes before contacting State Farm. However, for starters I was able to speak to an actual person which was great. Elizabeth Stewart assisted me in a friendly manner, was able to answers all my questions, and saved me a considerable amount of money! I couldn't be happier with the switch and am very appreciative of the patience, promptness, and committed staff of Lori Watkins' office.

My husband and I were looking for auto insurance. Lori Watkins office was very thorough. The prices were great so much cheaper than my other auto insurance. We also decided to bundle our home insurance too. The office worked with us and get us a great price with renters insurance too, for my college son’s rental house. I would highly recommend Katherine.
